Brief

We were tasked with creating a cohesive collection of accessories and amenities for Emerald Stay’s premium properties. The scope included both everyday guest essentials and lifestyle items, ranging from soaps and vanity kits to slippers and yoga mats. Each element was designed to reflect the brand’s positioning and to ensure a consistent, high-end experience across all properties.

Concept Development

Starting from the brief, we explored several design directions tailored to Emerald Stay’s brand identity and translated them into clear mockups. These visuals highlighted product silhouettes, material choices, color palette, logo placement, and the overall balance between functionality, comfort, and understated elegance.

We evaluated different manufacturing methods and proposed premium enhancements to improve durability and perceived quality, ensuring the final amenities aligned seamlessly with Emerald Stay’s premium positioning..

Production and Delivery

Once the designs were approved, we moved into the production phase, working closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality at every stage. This included careful material selection, precise color matching, meticulous cutting and assembly, logo application, and packaging aligned with Emerald Stay’s standards.

We then coordinated logistics to ensure timely delivery across all properties, with each item arriving in perfect condition and ready for immediate use by housekeeping teams, supporting a seamless guest experience from day one.
