Mona Montreux

Brief

For Mona Hotel, we were commissioned to design and produce a curated assortment of branded accessories that would extend the hotel’s identity beyond the room and into everyday guest interactions. The objective was to create practical yet memorable items that guests could use during their stay and, in some cases, take home as subtle brand reminders.

The collection included coffee mugs, teddy bears, tote bags, and additional lifestyle accessories. Each item was conceived as part of a cohesive range, ensuring consistency in tone, materials, and visual language while remaining adaptable to different guest touchpoints across the hotel.

Conceptualisation

Starting from Mona Hotel’s brand universe, we developed a design direction focused on warmth, approachability, and understated personality. Particular attention was given to proportions, materials, colors, and logo placement to ensure that each accessory felt intentional rather than promotional.

Mockups and prototypes were used to validate the look and feel of the items, testing how they would be perceived both individually and as a collection. The goal was to strike a balance between playful elements, such as the teddy bear, and more functional pieces like mugs and tote bags, while maintaining a consistent brand signature across the range.

Production et livraison

Once the designs were approved, we moved into production, working closely with manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality across all items. This phase included material sourcing, color matching, logo application, and finish validation to meet both aesthetic and durability requirements.

Logistics and delivery were coordinated to ensure the accessories arrived on time and in perfect condition, ready for immediate use by hotel teams. Each item was delivered as part of a complete, ready-to-deploy assortment, allowing Mona Hotel to seamlessly integrate the accessories into the guest experience.
